CWB test dates have been scheduled.  Please see the calender for test dates and call the appropriate hall to book a time!

All workers from Local 555 must fill out the following registration form prior to being dispatched for any Manitoba Power Dam new construction. The work sites are Keeyask Generating Station Project or Keewatinoow Converter Station. Please register for jobs that might arise within these work sites between now and anytime in the future. This job site will not accept any dispatched member from the Union Hall if the member has not registered prior to dispatch. Your name will stay in a pool of workers to be called from if any Boilermaker work arises for these Power Dam Sites.

Welding Instructors have been hired for both Regina & Winnipeg Training Centers effective December 4th. Please watch for CWB test dates to be announced soon.

Effective November 1, 2017 anyone requiring a renewal on their respirator fit test will be fit tested to the quantitative method. We will be using third party providers to facilitate this fit testing. Please contact the Hall to locate a provider near you.

Steward Training will be held in January on the following dates: Winnipeg: January 16-17 Regina: January 18-19 Anyone wishing to attend this training please call a Union Hall to register. Seating is limited, please register early to reserve your seat.

As part of the annual intake process, Local 555 will be holding assessment exam writing dates. Any member that wishes to refer someone to have an opportunity to join our organization, please have them contact a Union Hall to register for one of the exam writing dates below.
